This is not your ordinary homeschool tour! Arcosanti is the world's first prototype of a community that blends architecture and ecology, as an alternative to urban sprawl. This fascinating project began in the 1970s, and never had more than 100 inhabitants. Through a historical guided tour & interactive STEAM activities, students will consider how design and engineering can help us consider new solutions for healthy communities.
